Chiropractic Care
Chiropractic Adjustment
Chiropractic manipulation is a form of manual therapy. Manipulation involves twisting the back or neck to the end of its normal range then administering a sudden thrust to correct structural misalignments.
Soft Tissue Manual Therapy
Pain and dysfunction may be the result of problems with the soft tissues of the musculoskeletal system. Soft tissues include:
- Muscles
- Ligaments, which are the tissues lining the ends of bones to prevent bones from grinding against one another
- Tendons that connect muscles to bones
- Joint capsules, which are tissues that seal the joints between bones and provide stability to those joints
Muscle tension, rigid muscle tissue, scar tissue, and trapped fluids can cause a variety of soft tissue problems, such as back or neck pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, ankle sprains, shoulder impingement, and knee and hip pain.
What to Expect at Your First Visit
- 30–45 minute evaluation
- Symptom mapping and baseline tests (sensory, reflexes, balance)
- Clear explanation of likely contributors and short-term plan
- If appropriate, a gentle first treatment and easy home exercises
- Written follow-up plan and expected timelines
Most patients see measurable symptom changes in the first 4–8 weeks when care is consistent, though results vary.
**Safety & transparency
We never promise cures. Nerve healing depends on the cause, severity, and overall health. Our treatments are conservative, evidence-informed, and patient-centered. If a case needs advanced medical testing or specialist referral, we’ll guide that process.
